I work with organisations at inflection points: whether that's building a brand and product from the ground up, or bringing coherence to something that's grown faster than its design foundations.

I stay hands-on across product, brand and design systems while providing direction to the wider team. My role moves between defining the approach, shaping UX and visual direction, and collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to carry it through.
