Open to new opportunities

Brand Identity and Web Design for Canadian construction company.

2025-2026 Reflektor Digital

Eastern Construction has been building across Canada for 75 years. When their anniversary arrived, so did the right moment to evolve. I led the rebrand and website redesign — modernising their visual identity and digital presence while preserving the credibility and recognition built over decades.

The existing identity and website no longer reflected the company's scale or ambition. The digital experience lacked clarity — making it difficult to navigate projects, understand services or communicate value to potential clients, partners and talent. The challenge was moving a traditional, established company into a modern digital-first brand without losing the credibility that comes with 75 years of work.

The rebrand was built around evolution, not replacement. I developed a refined visual system — new typography, an expanded colour palette, updated guidelines — designed to feel contemporary while remaining immediately recognisable as Eastern. The website architecture was rethought from the ground up, restructuring complex service and project information into clear, navigable sections that served different users differently without the experience feeling fragmented.

I led the project end-to-end — defining brand direction in direct collaboration with client leadership, directing identity, assets and motion, and overseeing UX and UI including content structure and navigation.

The result was a modernised brand identity aligned with Eastern's legacy and forward positioning, a clearer web platform built to scale, and a consistent visual system across web, social and communications — worthy of a company entering its next 75 years.
